Stamping

Production of high-quality, high-volume parts using precision metal stamping capabilities, maintaining strict tolerances. Additional services of design support and tooling repair
Press: +110 (hydraulic, manual, tandem, transfer & progressive)
Capacity: 40 up to 2,000 tons
Secondary processes: Surface finishes, welding, coatings, heat treatments, electrostatic painting, light assembly, etc
Materials: Steel (cold-rolled and hot-rolled), stainless steel, bronze, copper, and special alloys

Welding

Welding in compliance with ASTM and AWS standards. Our capabilities include multiple welding sub-types such as MIG, TIG, spot and seam welding. We handle a wide range of sizes, thicknesses and materials, to serve diverse industries, from structural to transportation

Cutting

Cutting techniques including shearing, CNC water jet, CNC Plasma and CNC laser. Selection of specific processes based on thickness and type of material used, required precision, production volume and cost considerations
Materials: Steel, aluminum, copper and brass, titanium, non-metals

Bending

Transformation of sheet metal patterns (press brake and panel bending) and tube into complex pieces

Turret punching

Turret punching to cut shapes out of metal materials to produce parts and components
Materials: Carbon and stainless steel, aluminum, etc
